Our services are straightforward. First of all, we make sure we understand your business in detail. Usually we do that in a face to face meeting, but sometimes we invite you to complete our Benchmark Your Business questionnaire. Then we start work with companies on what we call Strategic Marketing or Business Strategy as it is sometimes known. It is important to understand and develop your plans for Business Growth, before launching into your Business to Business Marketing Communications. Many businesses fail to link communications to strategy and as a result are disappointed when the messages don't appear to be delivering the expected results.
When we do start our work on communications, then planning regular and varied messages through a series of appropriate media is the key. Singular ad hoc messages seldom deliver strong results and we need to coordinate activity. It doesn't neccessarily need deep pockets either! There is a lot of money wasted on expansive promotional campaigns, when more cost effective and relevant activity could be undertaken.
